Food was okay, the sausage gravy didn't seem fresh, and instead of pieces of sausage they chopped it so much the gravy was mushy.. hashbrowns were little crisp, but were hot and freshly made..tasted like they needed to change oil in fryer tho. The egg in My breakfast burger was a little runny which usually is fully cooked but still tasted good. Sausage cheese taquito was good as well. Great place overall. A... read more The prices are similar to those at McDonald's, but the quality is far superior. Being from the Mid-Atlantic region, this was my first time trying Whataburger. Although I've had better burgers in my life, this one definitely ranks among the best fast food choices I've encountered.

It's become frustrating enough that I've made the decision to stop going. Every time I think about giving them another chance to see if things have improved, I end up wasting my money. I won't be returning to any of the Whataburgers in Abilene. The long wait times and wrong orders just aren't worth it.

Even the restrooms were unexpectedly clean! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was fresh and delicious! A fantastic spot to enjoy a meal!

Jeromy, the manager, really went out of his way to assist us. He made sure my meal was free of onions due to my allergy and even took the time to prepare our shake himself, dividing it into two cups so my mother and I could share. A heartfelt thank you to Jeromy and the entire team for their outstanding service!
