They were efficient, friendly,... read more I went in for lunch and sat down just before about 25-30 members of two basketball teams came in. The staff handled them so well! They were efficient, friendly, and kept up with the unexpected rush better than any fast food place I’ve ever seen. There was a small problem with one of the flavors at the beverage station, but as soon as they were made aware, they reacted instantly and with a smile, showing sincere gratitude for having been made aware of the situation. I was a restaurant manager for over 20 year, so this kind of stuff always stands out to me. This location has exceeded expectations in their hiring selections!

For example, I've received the broccoli beef a few times, but it was clear that it had been sitting out for too long. Furthermore, they never seem to have string bean chicken available, no matter what time I visit. On a brighter note, I've seen the manager interacting with customers in a friendly manner on multiple occasions. I believe it's important to remember that many patrons may not get the chance to dine out often. They could be visiting family, sharing a last meal before a deployment, or simply having a tough day. Given these circumstances, the quality of both service and food becomes crucial, as it contributes to memorable experiences and provides comfort. After all, we are paying customers, and consistency is essential.

When I placed my online order, my internet connection was a bit shaky, and it ended up processing twice. I got a call shortly after from them to let me know they had received two identical orders and wanted to confirm that I didn't mean to place both. I really appreciated their effort to reach out!
