We love the pizza here absolutely, but what makes it even better is the friendly staff. Today we were happy enough that Justiss served us. He was so good to give us a time frame when we could expect our pizza to be served, he was very helpful and as usual he went to be the extra mile friendly. View all feedback.
It was SUPER and they took care of us tonight! Mel was our waitress and she was incredibly attentive and friendly! I wanted to help her bus tables, the young lady was overwhelming work. The food was IMPECCABLE! I had the pulled pork quesadilla (I will definitely order it again! It was amazing! It was full of taste and the meat was so tender! My husband had a highest pizza and loved every bite! 10/10
Most Excellent! The best pizza in Abilene. The crust is perfect. The service is great and attentive. Friday nights are busy, so go early. You won't regret going here. Convenient location, clean and comfortable family atmosphere!
Fantastic food, Friendly Staff, Clean Establishment! First off, Brandon our waiter was EXCEPTIONAL! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and suggested some great items for us to try. We ordered the Brick Oven Queso which is new menu item and tastes fantastic! We paired it with two entrées a Supreme Pizza (with roasted garlic and jalapeños) and Chicken Alfredo Pasta. Both were delicious. See the attached pictures for what we ordered. The only con is a Guest WiFi that doesn't work. For people on business lunches or with small kids it'd be awesome to have a working guest wifi. We highly recommend this restraunt. We will be back.
Last night I ordered 2 kids cheese pizzas, 1 medium bbq luau pizza, 1 medium margherita authentica pizza, and the brick oven queso. Both of the medium pizzas were ever so slightly larger than the kid 's pizzas we aordered. Wouldn 't that be a small??? We were charged for medium pizzas. My margherita authentica pizza was legit a cheese pizza with sliced tomato on top and one large chunk of garlic. No basil. No basil oil. No parmesan cheese. Just tomato slices and large, singular chunk of garlic. Someone had also stolen our dip for a table in restaurant when we were picking our order up so we had to wait for another one to be made while our pizzas got cold. I used to love this place and never had issues in the past. I was looking forward to eating my pizza until my fiancee got home and I saw that it wasn 't what we ordered or paid for.
When I think brick oven I think of a certain heavy crust with burnt edges and pan bottoms. Not the case with La Torcia. The food was great. Same construction of all their dishes , light crust with fresh ingredients . Looks shouldn?t fool you, the pizza, appetizer (chicken quesadilla and dessert (pizza cheesecake all tasted heavenly. When I am in town again I will be visiting this place again.
