The building and the parking lot is falling apart and has been for a very long time. I'm not sure why any business would keep paying rent to a building owner that doesn't keep up with their property.

I suggest choosing takeout instead of eating in. If you decide to stay, try not to linger for too long, as it can become quite hot inside because of the grills. On a positive note, the food is reasonably good—it reminds me of tasty, affordable Japanese fast food. Just a quick warning: steer clear of the miso soup! Additionally, they don't serve yum yum sauce; instead, you'll receive either a sweet and tangy ginger sauce or a ginger-garlic mix.
