Description

**Discovering Hashi: A Mixed Bag of Culinary Delights**

Hashi offers a flavorful experience reminiscent of Japanese fast food, featuring standout dishes like teriyaki chicken and fried rice. Diners appreciate the generous portions and vibrant flavors, especially the exceptional sweet and sour sauce. However, inconsistent service and a less-than-ideal atmosphere detract from the overall experience. Complaints about rude staff, bland food, and a sticky environment suggest room for improvement, especially in customer care and cleanliness. While takeout seems preferable due to ventilation issues, many patrons remain loyal, drawn back by the promise of delicious dishes. Hashi remains a culinary gem worth exploring.

I accidentally took a wrong turn and discovered this little gem. I enjoyed some delicious teriyaki chicken—the sauce was great, with a nice hint of fruit. The fried rice was perfect as well.

Hashi's food is incredible! The staff is very friendly and prompt. The only complaint I have is not their fault what so ever. The building and the parking lot is falling apart and has been for a very long time. I'm not sure why any business would keep paying rent to a building owner that doesn't keep up with their property.

The restaurant has a rather sticky atmosphere, indicating that they may not be using fresh soap and water to clean the floors and tables. I suggest choosing takeout instead of eating in. If you decide to stay, try not to linger for too long, as it can become quite hot inside because of the grills. On a positive note, the food is reasonably good—it reminds me of tasty, affordable Japanese fast food. Just a quick warning: steer clear of the miso soup! Additionally, they don't serve yum yum sauce; instead, you'll receive either a sweet and tangy ginger sauce or a ginger-garlic mix.

For take-out hibachi, it’s quite decent, especially for the price. The service was professional, though not particularly friendly. The interior was quite smoky, which suggests the ventilation might not be functioning well. The chicken was slightly dry and overcooked, but overall, it was acceptable. I’ll likely give it a second chance and try something else from the menu.
