I was expecting a wide variety of flavors, but their selection was quite limited—similar to what you might find at HEB, but the prices were much higher. Additionally, the pint of pistachio I bought had ice crystals in it, which made me feel like I was overcharged for some old ice cream.
I went to the restaurant this morning to order a frozen coffee and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Unfortunately, both items were still frozen when I received them. It’s hard to fathom that a place in the food industry would serve a sandwich that’s only partially thawed, especially handed to me at the drive-thru. That’s simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I tried to call the store to report this, nobody answered. There were plenty of staff on duty this morning, so how could no one pick up the phone? That’s inexcusable. I believe I deserve a full refund for this experience.
WOW!! I just walked in about 20 minutes ago (around 8:20) and couldn’t decide what to order. Chris was amazingly kind and had me laughing at my indecision. He convinced me to try the largest chocolate iced coffee, and naturally, I added extra chocolate. He’s by far the best employee I’ve ever encountered. Seriously, however much he’s being paid, he deserves a raise. He went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely come back every time he’s working! Thank you, Chris! I’ll always sing your praises!
The drive-thru line was somewhat lengthy, but I was able to navigate it without any issues. The employees were very friendly.
