Not trying to be negative, but I wanted to give... read more Enjoy some delicious Pho during the soft opening. The chicken and beef were delicious and I would recommend it. Not trying to be negative, but I wanted to give an honest feedback. This is the gentle opening, I understand, but tonight they were heavily understated. There is a lack of this type of food in Abilene, so if they are able to get there customer experience up to par (wait time), they have the food to a stand out. I'm sure the staff will improve for the big opening and will be great. Thank you to be part of the soft open, the 75% discount was amazing. Cheese
