However, some customers express frustration with the drive-thru’s slow, single-car service system and the relatively high prices for fast food. While the atmosphere awaits improvement post-renovation, the overall experience balances great food with service areas ripe for enhancement.

I just tried the new Wagyu burgers, and they are delicious! They taste like they’re not fast food at all. I'm a huge fan! The customer service was great as well. I will definitely be back!
This restaurant is drive-through only, but the food is delicious, and the staff at the window are very friendly. I found that Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce surprisingly complement each other quite well.
I've had a fondness for Arby's since childhood, and that love has stayed with me into my 50s. While the dining area is currently closed, which makes the atmosphere a bit lacking, I know they are remodeling, so I’m looking forward to seeing how nice it will be once it’s finished.
I just removed my previous negative review. The food is great, the staff are wonderful, and the prices are reasonable—it's the perfect combination!
I enjoy the food. Roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Visited through the drive thru. Friendly staff and though the line was long, the wait wasn't. Very professional and the order was correct.
