Restaurant: just one word Wonderful! Real Italian food and fresh, they make there own pasta! They also have a big vegetable garden in the summer.. +gluten free! The son of the hotel even gives ski lessons he is a professional ski instructor... The people are always there to help you and to give all the advice you need. Conclusion: we had a very nice stay!

After years in the forest, now closed and abandoned structure, we booked at the k2 for a two-day snow with children and it was really a nice surprise! clean and... read more After years in the forest, now closed and abandoned structure, we booked at the k2 for a two-day snow with children and it was really a nice surprise! clean and very quiet rooms, with wonderful views of the snowy mountains, great food, also suitable for celiacs and very prepared staff and very kind, which helped us to satisfy the very difficult gorges of our little girl. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing. Typically, the price for brioche, coffee, and chocolate bars is fairly consistent everywhere, but when we paid, we were significantly overcharged for the ones we ordered — easily double what it should have cost. We’re confident that if this happened to locals, it would not go unnoticed. As foreign visitors who have otherwise experienced great hospitality from many locals in Tuscany, we found this experience particularly disappointing. We do not recommend this place. Ci siamo fermati in questo bar per un caffè e qualche snack prima della nostra escursione, perché avevamo sentito dire che le persone dell'Albergo K2 erano molto cordiali. Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza qui è stata deludente. Normalmente, il prezzo di una brioche, un caffè e delle barrette di cioccolato è piuttosto simile ovunque, ma al momento di pagare siamo stati chiaramente sovraccaricati per quanto ordinato — spendendo facilmente il doppio di quanto sarebbe stato corretto. Siamo certi che, se fosse successo a dei locali, la cosa non sarebbe passata inosservata. Come visitatori stranieri che hanno sperimentato altrove la grande ospitalità dei toscani, siamo rimasti particolarmente delusi da questa esperienza. Non raccomandiamo questo posto.
