Marcus and the staff do so much for their customers, and theres often really good bands, singers and DJs (big up Eddy Scissorhands). His responses to one-star reviews consistently reveal a hostile and vindictive attitude, attacking reviewers with false accusations rather than addressing legitimate concerns. I left a simple one-star review with no details, which he falsely claimed was from someone who never attended. When I disputed this, he updated his response to accuse me of illegal parking—another lie. He escalated further, claiming I was thrown out for harassing women, and later invented a bizarre story about my “associates” resigning from Rummers? These baseless accusations demonstrate his complete lack of professionalism. This behaviour is not isolated. A quick glance at his responses to other negative reviews shows a disturbing trend of personal attacks, deflection, and dishonesty. Instead of addressing feedback constructively, he doubles down with petty insults and wild accusations.
