My friend went to the counter to place her order wh... read more When we walked into the restaurant, we noticed there were no other customers present, making it quite quiet. My friend went to the counter to place her order while I made my decision. Once she had ordered, the staff informed her that if she waited a bit longer, she would receive a free dessert. She agreed and we waited for my order. The staff, although friendly, seemed a bit disorganized and took a while to take my order. After my friend received her food and was given the free dessert, I asked about my order and was also offered a free dessert to compensate for the wait. It became clear to us that they were encouraging us to accept the free desserts in anticipation of the long wait for our food. Unfortunately, when we finally received our meals, they were cold, overcooked, and completely unappetizing. Despite the quiet atmosphere and waiting time, the food did not seem to be freshly prepared to order as we had hoped. As individuals who work in the hospitality industry, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, especially since this was supposed to be a quick and tasty meal for us as budget-conscious students trying to save money by eating at home.

Eating wasn't very hot. probably one of the worst kfcs I had.
