I visited this afternoon and requested a plain ham baguette. The woman, whom I believe was the manager, told me, "We can't do that because it's not how we operate." I responded that they had made one for me during my previous visit. She then said it depends on how busy they are, but I was the only customer there at that moment. I pointed this out, and her demeanor became aggressive. She asked if I wanted to come in and do it myself, saying, "I've explained why, and I'm not going to argue with you. These poor girls have been here since 8:30 AM. What have you done today?" (It was 2:30 PM at the time). I replied that I had driven all the way there and wasn't arguing, just trying to have a conversation. She then threatened that I wouldn’t be served again, prompting me to ask for a refund and leave. It's really disappointing because I've always enjoyed the Abersoch deli and their delicious baguettes. I won’t be going back—requesting a plain ham baguette shouldn’t have been an issue, and I was taken aback by her attitude. Food: 5, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Front of house staff very rude, refused to make sandwich other than what was ready made at front of shop even when I said I was unable to eat the couple that were available. Staff at back were making more sandwiches! Won't be going there again. After having many sandwiches from here over the years, We returned last week to get our usual sandwich , I asked if the sandwich was still dairy free as I have a allergy, making sure not changed suppliers etc re ingredients. The girl serving was very abrupt as said non of the sandwiches are dairy free as all the bread now has milk.! Not sure if this was correct or she just lacked knowledge. Perhaps if labels were put in front of the sandwiches with allergens present this would be helpful to people who suffer from allergy to certain food products. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
