What O doesn't like about Subway:
This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve ordered and every time it’s been wrong. It’s my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt. I order brown sauce on my sub but it always ends up being barbecue. If they don’t have it then why is it always an option View all feedback.
It seems fine to me. It's possible that there are new owners who recently took over the restaurant.

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would even go as far as to say they were confrontational.
Simply just rude staff, i was looking over some of the reviews and i can agree with one of them, they don't change there gloves, they aren't polite and they don't clean utensils. I would recommend going the the subway in union square or just go to burger king (across the road), KFC (down the road), Mcdonalds (just next to primark by the trinity centre) or tacobell (next to Mcdonalds). DON'T GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING OR DISRESPECTED BY STAFF!!!!
