Rendezvous at Nargile - Aberdeen

Had a fabulous meal at rendezvous. Excellent service from all staff we came into contact with on a busy night. Had the vegetarian mezze which was a mix of hot and cold dishes. So many fabulous flavours. Felt like we were getting very good value for money in a world of mediocre standards. Rendezvous at Nargile is by far one of the top restaurants in Aberdeen.

Myself and wife dined here for her birthday,very nice place as first time we have been.Food was delicious and staff spot on would highly recommend and hope to visit again at some point.

The food here is amazing! To name but a few… the hummus, the prawns, the Greek salad is absolutely delicious. Steak kebab and rice is something else! Staff are very helpful and friendly. One of my favourite places to eat!!

Reading all of the fantastic reviews, I was very keen to try this venue and had previously not booked thinking it would be okay but they were unable to accommodate us so, for this trip, I booked well in advance. The venue, service and the quality of the food were very good. The speed of service was good although we were on a 'timer ' when we booked as they 'd told us they needed the table back in 2 hours. However, the size of the portions left a lot to desired! It was barely adequate but I had expected more. A few days prior to this trip, I had eaten at a small Kurdish cafe and, whilst the quality wasn 't the same, it wasn 't far off it! The portion size at my cafe was bigger and it cost a quarter of what I paid here. All in all, I 've tried here and it was fine but I think I 'll try elsewhere for my next trip to Aberdeen.
