Pizza Hut - Aberdeen

Went here for a spot of lunch this past Saturday and honestly the food was lack lustre compared to other locations. The pizza (Personal pan, pepperoni) came in it’s original pan, not realising it was still hot I did burn my thumb a little trying to rip a piece of my food off, so fair warning to you all! The fries were probably the worst part of the meal, no salt and it felt like eating fried cardboard. Weirdly dense chips?? The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was good!

My kids love Pizza Hut. The Mac and cheese is to die for! The pizzas are great too. Our waitress was amazing! I placed the order through the QR code and ordered the wrong pizza, only realising when it was served. She was quick to offer to replace it for what I originally wanted even though it was entirely my mistake.

Me and a friend opted for the buffet. The pizza selection was quite bountiful, with the option of 2 types of pasta and a salad bar. For the pizza, as well as the regular bases they offer deep pan pizzas and thin crust ones too (the deep pan pizzas are nice and sweet due to having more sauce whereas the thin crust pizzas have a strong cheesy taste to them). If you are having a few plates of pizza and think you can't manage another plate, opt for a plate of pasta. It's much lighter and tastes great. Overall a pleasant experience, nice atmosphere and good value for money!

I traveled from Norwich and had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff, food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful. We were quickly seated with our young baby, and there were no issues with bringing in our pram. A friendly young man greeted us, gave us menus, and allowed us time to decide on our drinks and food. We enjoyed conversation with locals while we waited for our drinks, who were helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious with no issues at all. Both myself and my partner enjoyed mouth-watering, well-cooked meals. I had forgotten how great a pizza experience could be. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return if I come back to Aberdeen. It is a must-visit for anyone in Union Square.

Our experience with Pizza Hut in Aberdeen has been lovely! We were welcomed in even when all other eating places had closed in the shopping mall. Manager Maciej has been very kind to also inform us about 2 pizzas for 1 on Tuesday offer! Overall the pizza quality was good and we were happy customers! Definitely returning back due to the high customer service.
