Mcdonald's - Aberdeen

I enjoyed this place because the food and drinks were tasty. Even though the wait was a bit long, it was worth the wait.

The queuing for the drive through can be quite long at busy times. We ordered two McPlant meals and were asked to pull over to a parking space and wait. Took about 15 minutes to get our food in the end (which an employee kindly brought to our parked car), which isn't terrible but not as quick as I'd hoped. Quality wise, it's McDonald's. It is what it is.

Hot and cold experience, food fine, junior staff fine. Bucket full of bad attitude and poor customer communication with one of the managers. Customers make mistakes but don't appreciate being spoken to like a staff member who makes a mistake. Spoiled what was supposed to be a treat.

Staff is hard-working and there’s a lot of them. They did get my order wrong but with the amount of people coming in and out they were doing great. I think I came after school ended so there’s a lot of teenagers. Staffing manager is on site and hard-working in the back

Once again ordered a plain burger kids meal and it came with correct sticker but once opened it was a cheeseburger!
