Kfc Aberdeen

I used this restaurant today, and the experience was a complete joke. I was taking away and when I arrived home with the food, I discovered that one item was missing, so although it was a pain I drove back and they had the missing burger waiting, as they had realised it hadn’t gone in the bag. Although they were little bothered and unapologetic. When I got home again, I realised that the burger that I had received, and the the one I’d gone back to collect, were actually both not what I had ordered and paid for. Neither were tower burgers, only standard, and none had sauce on them. The dips were also missing, the beans were dry and old. And by the time we actually ate everything was cold! Altogether a very unsatisfying meal, definitely not finger licking good!

Got a carry out. No fries in either meal and a chicken burger that was cremated. No lettuce. I don't think it is that hard to get a simple order correct. What a joke of a service

I can’t believe during a pandemic you can have a restaurant that has no facilities for you to wash your hands and no hand sanitiser any where to be seen. On top of that the lady that served us us very hard to understand and she couldn’t understand me or my family so the order was wrong when it came and they said that is what I ordered. It wasn’t even what was on the receipt they gave me! Anyhow… the food was good as usual for KFC but far better service and standards in other KFCs Please fix your sinks so we can wash our hands!

Fourth time in a row, I order the zinger bacon and cheese box meal, which is supposed to contain a piece of original recipe chicken, but they keep sending me chicken wings instead. I love KFC chicken but man, if this is a ridiculously bad service.

This is a standard KFC. The staff are all very young and never seem pleasant, a little surly and impatient. They don't seem at ease with each other and I would imagine turnover is high. Most are foreign and hard to understand. Service is pretty slow. Food is as you'd expect. They play great music!
