Delivered quickly, management was very understanding when I called to explain that the courier had dropped off the wrong order and did everything he could to get my order to me, absolute angels View all feedback.

When I ordered it said delivery was 10/ 25 minutes which is fine then it changed and the it changed again and the the food comes and mostly it’s cold , some of it not even here . I will not use just eat anymore. View all feedback.

I get mashed potatoes instead of gravy and corn on the cob.
Map is not great on the app so I added delivery instructions when I ordered. The driver did not check the ticket and had a rant claiming I put the wrong address in. Then decided to mansplain to me about it. Perhaps you should sort your maps out and give customer care training to your drivers
2 meals were missing, told the delivery driver and showed him and receipt and he refused to go back to restaurant and get it and told me to do it myself
