Description
Despite accurate orders and sufficient parking, this restaurant’s customer service consistently falls short. Staff often display indifference, from unfriendly cashiers and inattentive employees to poor communication and unprofessional attitudes. Drive-thru experiences are marred by long waits, incorrect or stale food, lack of basic amenities, and issues with change and receipts. While some patrons observe occasional busy shifts with minimal staff, the lack of enthusiasm and care is evident, leaving much to be desired. Food quality and service efficiency need significant improvement to meet customer expectations and create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Didn’t get all my food but it was rectified and I have a credit Parking: Around the building
Worker was acting as though she didn 't want to work. No initiative to do her job. Watched as she wiped off trays, which was literally barely touching them. Observed another employee napping in the lobby, I am assuming she was in a break, so I guess that 's why she was asleep. The only thing good I can say is, my orderbwas correct.
The drive thru tried to keep half my change saying she didn't have any more that what she tossed at me, she gave me wrong drink while saying the correct one as she handed to me. Wouldn't give me a receipt and I had to ask for a straw after she handed me my food. So when I get back on road and took a sip of completely wrong drink and then took out the cold stale breakfast sandwich 100% fail with a drive through person with a horrible attitude.
I stopped by for a late-night snack after feeling hungry following an early afternoon dinner. Fortunately for the staff, there were only a few customers since it was a Monday night, with just two employees working. As for parking, there was plenty available. I also noticed a family dining there, and they seemed to be enjoying their time.
