I went through the drive thru today and the person taking my order was very rude and did not sound nice at all. I do not like how I was treated and the service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you want someone with a rude attitude to serve you. Was also very disappointed in the lack of communication while taking my order as I was talking loud and clear. View all feedback.
I recently had an excellent experience in this restaurant, the dune in the area was warm and clean, the root beer was cold and creamy in frosty glasses and the burgers were the fleshy kindness I expected from good A
Attention to the CEO of A&W Canada: we are writing to you today to request that the highest commendation be given to truly the most amazing manager, who represents A&W as the greatest leader ever! The manager that I’m referring to is Gagan at 32520 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford British Columbia. I appreciate her so much, because I am severely disabled and unable to get out of my home very much, therefore I order my meals from this restaurant, through Skip The Dishes delivery. My experiences with this location, and most importantly with this amazing Manager Gagan, are truly appreciated, beyond the description of words here today. Before becoming disabled, I worked for the police department and also as a mystery shopper, in my spare time… Therefore, it’s very important for me to get the excellence in customer service, that I expect and to receive hot, clean, and very delicious food… Gagan is A great Leader Who always delivers such excellence on absolutely every level of going above and beyond in the realm of Customer Service. It’s my hope that Gagan will be highly commended by your company, as she always highly represents A&W, above and beyond. She is personable, professional , respectful, and truly cares about us as customers and we appreciate her beyond words… Thank you Gagan for your excellence and thank you A&W for having such a great leader!
