Authentic and local. Had the menu del día. Huge portions and perfect for a pilgrim. Not a gourmet place.
I had an excellent lunch meal at this place. It's not a fancy place, but is authentic and with good typical Galician food. Service is friendly and efficient. Prices are also excellent, specially the lunch menu. In Abadin I would recommend eating here and forget the other better looking places ...
This is the nicest place ever. Along the Camino you often get ripped off. 2€ for a coffee or worse. But this place has very fair prices and there were some starters placed at the bar for free. I mentioned while paying that we also had some of those and was told that they are free. Even got a little plate of assorted starters after that brought to the table. So lovely. Thank you.
We stopped for lunch while traveling. It is a lifelong bar with homemade food. We ordered the menu of the day, which consisted of 2 dishes to choose from a possible 4, bread, drink, dessert and coffee. The price, €14, was very reasonable for the amount of food they serve. We tried beef noodles and cabbage broth for first and roast beef and fried lilies for second. Everything was delicious, the only dish that we liked a little less was the beef noodles that looked very colorful and little flavored. The rest all good. Abundant amount. For dessert we ordered ice cream although they had a variety of desserts. The attention was correct although the girl in the dining room was a bit borderline. In summary: you can stop to eat if you are in the area. Homemade food and good quality, quantity and price ratio. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
