Clean atmosphere no beach service in fact they wanted 528.00 dollars so that you can ridicule the fire pit in my opinion. We offered $300 and even thought that was crazy, but they still said no?? Not much to do, but lay on the beach and lounge by the pool check out Wally?s restaurant and colors both good food and great sunsets??

The r... read more The worst resort I've ever been to. A man tried to enter my room when I was naked, thank God I had the padlock. Padlock always the hotel room door ladies. The reception gave him the wrong key as tf does. I ordered breakfast before 10:30... He waited 45min just to say the breakfast was over. No water no coffee during this time. The restaurant wasn't busy. Manager Shellie came by and took my order to the kitchen. After that she took care of me what was nice and the eggs Benedikt was pretty good. The lobster in my surf and turf dinner was so overcooked and chewing. For a $100 dinner I expected a lot more. Mexico is much better and 1/4 of the price. I wouldn't return to this resort.

It was a very nice quiet resort! There is a bar and a cafe on site. Amd a Marina. The hotel rooms were cozy and very clean. The only complaint was the bath tub was not hard shell or water under it. It was flexible material. It wasn't something we were used to. Dinner was delicious, but a little expensive. The bar opens after 11:00 the breakfast restaurant is open early. They're both down at the marina that goes down a small hill. The beach offers a great chess game. Really nice.

I booked a stay for my husband and I, had to cancel 9 days before arrival due to covid and this hotel refused to refund any money! We lost the entire amount!! Their website states to cancel 14 days before arrival to avoid penalties, but, they do not tell you that they will charge the full amount and will not issue any refund! I could understand one night as a penalty but not the full amount!! They are THIEVES!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
