Great experience. We were a company of 6 people who got good food served really nice. The food was absolutely ok, the only thing that was disappointed was steaks as I had served. The service was super.

After a nice walk around in nice Christmas decoration Tivoli, my family and I (I all four people) in and have a little dinner and chose the restaurant Skovpavillon. We immediately ordered a table and menu card. Then we sit for 15 minutes and while others around are serviced, we are overlooked. The couple next to us will be searched by a servant asking until everything is okay, as they see searching, they answer that there is nothing and the waiter goes on and ignore us, despite we try to get contact. We ask him to be sorry and inquired of him if we can be allowed to order, as we now have sat a very long time. Of course, he is not a excuse. After we order food and drink, we now have a presumption that our drinks will soon come. Again we are overlooked and forgotten. After a 15 minute waiting where tables around us get their drinks (the tables ordered by us) we choose to travel us and go out of the restaurant in protest. Never have we tried so bad, amateur and tasteless operation. It was first, only and last time we come there. So we would rather spend our money somewhere else.
