On tasting they give you complementary sour bread and I promise you it is some of the best bread you have. It was so beautiful and delicious. If you are in Aarhus, make sure to check them. Tip: Sit on the counter, the chefs are amazing people and so friendly to speak. It helps to increase the whole experience!
