It had been a long Tuesday and we turned up around eight, asking if the kitchen was still open. Of course it is This could be a really lengthy review, but despite us being some of the very few customers on a dreary Tuesday night in late November, we got the full service, no holds barred. NorR gets a full six for being utterly professional, welcoming and courteous. I only regret being so content that I completely forg... View all feedback.

Really sad, we had eaten here twice a couple of years ago and had an excellent meal. Tonight for no apparent after a fairly long delay, both starter and main course were served together. Bizarre! The food was only mediocre, this peculiar service did not help it at all. We both left feeling faintly queasy. It's a real shame as the atmosphere of the place remains good.. For a fairly poor meal, with three glasses of rea... View all feedback.
Navigator has great seafood and a beautiful stting in the marina of Aarhus sunset and plenty to look at. In the summer especially.
Went there on a Tuesday with a friend. We opted for the fish of the day , which was very good the waiting time was a bit too long though, and the food needed salt and some acidity to offset the fatty (but tasty) fish sauce.
Even in the rain this restaurant offer spetacular views good service and great food. And a very friendly host.
We took a table on the outside and enjoyed the view over the harbour. The starter and drinks came quite fast, but then it seemed like they forgot us. It took a long time before they cleared away the starter dishes, and even longer (more than 30 minutes) before the main came, and no excuses or explanations. The food is good though and plenty.
The restaurant is placed in a wonderful spot overlooking the marina in the Marselis area, a place where anyone would love to sit enjoying the sunshine and maritime atmosphere. But unfortunately the restaurant had three parties inside (rumors said) and the service was extremely slow. We did notice the 4 5 not cleaned tables nearby, but due to the beautiful location we sat down anyway. It took 15 min. before the waiter found time to ask for what we wanted to drink and then another 45 minutes to get the food we ordered; a classic danish Stjerneskud (shrimps, fish, roe on bread). 1 hours waiting to eat is totally unacceptable. If they can not mange to serve parties inside and service outside, they should close the outside service down. When the food at last arrived it was actually good looking, tasted well, and satiating. No complaints there. But 1 hours of waiting is arrogant/ bad management.
