You should try the Carins special drink, a warm gin and tonic. Gin from Åre Bränneri, sugar syrup, warm tonic with whipped cream and cinnamon on top. A tru winter drink to die. Irish coffee for 150SEK a piece was unfortunately subpar: too much coffee in a wine glass, too little whisky for the amount of coffee, bitter taste with very little sugar and the whipped cream was quickly soluble for the drink, so likely from a pressure can. On the top there were coffee beans that were not too bad details first, but closer to the completion of the drink it was more like that in the attached picture.... View all feedback.
