What Waylon Medhurst doesn't like about zur Mühle:
I had business dinner there. The field salat was great. The wine not great. The main course Ravioli was far too small and not in any way up to my expectations since the restaurant seems to be a well-rated one. The desert was delicious again....The service felt a bit pushy you have to choose now since we have other guests... . Since the price was very high for what I received, I left hungry and a bit grumpy that resta... View all feedback.
For years very reliable and very good. is very well suited for businesslunch with excellent eating. easy well tolerated portions with an optimal price-performance ratio. the weeping recommendations are always very competent and good.
Very good evening with excellent eating and 8 wonderful whiskys. very harmoniously presented and with expert statements by the chef personally. a true experience for all fans of Scottland with drums and pipes
I was in the mill at the Scotland dinner and could enjoy a wonderful evening. the service was top, which eat excellent, the guide of the wet through the evening exciting and inspiring and the mood very pleasant. I have experienced a lot of interest in the production of whisky. it was impressive to compare whiskys and to see/taste, which for example only makes the touch on the taste. I would also like to mention that the mill has managed to make a menu, which is primarily aimed at fish and meat, vegetarian. the dinkelrisotto was a dream!
Just eat great. the recommended menu from the chef, the matching weincommand, the apero in the vaulted cellar...all in all just awesome. the service very accommodating! we're coming back!
1. If you do not drink wine, you will be treated as 2nd class guests. 2. Eatcarpaccio still frozen, it had to stand for 10 minutes so that it could be eaten, over salatsaucen you can always fight, but very sour. cordon bleu, tough calf meat, at the first time the whole cheese had run out in the dish. only eat and leave rest. after the very backing complaint, our table was simply no longer considered. chef was very present at the neighboring table, reads the advertising table to the left. the actually highlight was the bill. "we have just put them chf 20.- for the cordon bleu in bill because it was not good." The billing position can be understood as you want, this set has moved me to write this report. this restaurant is absolutely only at profit, very high price level for moderate kitchen performance!
