Excellent chicken saltim bocca with rice, mushrooms and roasted vegetables. Great local white wine from Küttigen. Pity that Einstein is closing at the end of the year as not many classical restaurants remain in Aarau.
The setting is nice and the food tasty. Unfortunately my salad had a small stone and some sand in it, which meant a visit to the dentist afterwards was needed. As I mentioned this to the waitress, she did say she was sorry to hear that. The small Cesar salad with chicken was too expensive. Nothing was offered to try to make up for the problem.
(Traducido por Google) Larga espera. Picar la ternera. Stroganof dulce y poca carne. Personal muy amable. (Original) Lange Wartezeit. Kalbshackfleisch knorpelig. Stroganof süss und wenig Fleisch. Personal sehr freundlich.
(Traducido por Google) Gran restaurante pero los precios son altos también (Original) Great restaurant but the prices are high as well
Breaked in for a quick bite and drinking and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. The water buffalo tar was a standout dish, and the aperol was the perfect refreshment on a warm day. The service was equally impressive, with friendly and attentive staff I feel welcome from the beginning to the end. While I've only tried a small part of the menu, I'm looking forward to tasting more of their offers again. If you are in the area looking for a delicious snack and drink, this place will not disappoint.
