The atmospher... read more Booked a table for a large group after browsing their menu as we had vegans and vegetarians amongst us. We didn’t realize there was a salsa night. The atmosphere was great, really good vibes. Unfortunately the drinks and the food took forever to arrive. They were delicious and filling, however made to German taste, not really authentic flavors.

So… I 've been to quite a few restaurants, but Enchilada in Aalen completely won me over—it was like a burrito giving me a big hug. And the real star of the evening? Maurice. This guy delivers service like he started out with the Avengers and then thought, Oh, come on, I 'd rather save the customer service in Aalen. Maurice not only spread good vibes like guacamole at a Mexican wedding, but he also seemed to anticipate our every need. Drinks? There before I even felt thirsty. Food? Perfectly recommended. More nachos? I swear, he knew before we even exchanged a sheepish glance. He popped by with such natural ease that it felt more like a buddy popping in to check if everything was alright—except this buddy was incredibly professional and probably secretly holds a master 's degree in gastronomic magic. The food: superb. The cocktails: dangerously delicious. The evening: a mini-celebration. Maurice: 10/10, I 'd adopt him. So, if you 're in Aalen and craving Mexican food—or just want to experience what truly great service looks like—go to Enchilada. And if you 're lucky, you 'll get Maurice. Let me tell you: he 'll make your evening better than any happy hour drink.

If I owned a restaurant, I'd hire him immediately. Not only that, I'd let him run the place! So, in our opinion, this Herculean waiter deserves a hefty raise!!! The food only tasted so good because he carried our plates. Thanks for the delicious meal, and promote this waiter!!!!
