Is à Bella is a delightful ice cream shop for many reasons. They offer a variety of vegan options and use organic cow's milk from Danish cows at Thise. The owner, who also owns Greenway, ensures that most of the packaging is environmentally friendly and compostable. All of the ice cream is made with traditional Italian ingredients and craftsmanship. The employees are well taken care of with fair salaries, and the boss is kind, inclusive, and vegetarian.
Their plant-based ice cream is so dense that it feels like a full meal on its own. The flavor is rich and the portions are satisfyingly large.
It's placed central in Aalborg in the Magasin shopping mall. The staff is nice and offers a free sample if you're in doubt about which taste to choose. I can recommend the dark chocolate, so rich that it's like a brownie turned into ice cream yum! The scoops are big so It's another thumbs up from me
