My husband and I were in Japan this spring and had some incredibly delicious ramen there. They gave us some information about ramen and how to eat it. (In Japan, you slurp it! So go ahead and slurp it. No one will mind. The price was also very affordable, and the ramen was just like you'd get in Japan. Or as they say, oshii (sweet We had a real flashback and will definitely be back. The staff was incredibly friendly, and thank you to the owner for the lovely conversation. We highly recommend this place. Also, it's worth noting that the broth for the ramen isn't as strong as what we Germans are used to, but you should always be open to the food culture of other countries. I don't like things too strong or too sweet, so it was perfect for us.
