We arrived after looking for a place to eat before sunset on Onondaga Lake, my girlfriend and I were there for a celebration. Worried we wouldnt get a table because it was so packed in the parking lot, we went in anyways and they had a hightable near the bar; its alot bigger on the inside. Went there last night at 5:00 they weren’t busy Older hostess tried to seat me in the bar with many open tables elsewhere, I’m in my 60s and don’t like sitting in the bar anymore. Then said have a seat it’ll be at least 30 minutes very rudely So we left immediately, and won’t be back!! View all feedback.
Santangelos provides a solid meal experience. They messed up my meal one time when doing takeout, but I have ordered many times since and haven't had another issue. I have only dined in a couple times. Both times service was fine. The food has always been delicious.

Water was filled constantly. Waitress was very attentive to our party. The appetizers came out fairly quickly. Portions were a tad small for the price point.
We just celebrated my daughter's birthday here last evening. And the food and service was fantastic! Our waitress Nikki was extraordinary! We have not had service like that in a very long time! She was pleasant precise and we didn't have to wait or ask for anything she made us all feel like we were VIPS!
Excellent food and service. It was a very good meal, but it was a bit more expensive.
