Only takeout offered. Seems like it has been that way for quite sometime. So call ahead with your oder. Pho was very good. Chicken and rice dish was a good substitute for not having fried rice available. Chicken was very tasty. Shrimp dumplings were yummy. Street parking only. View all feedback.
What Benjamin B doesn't like about Saigon Kitchen:
I feel like they 've gone done hill over the years. Called for takeout and was told 35 mins, got there around 30, not ready (fine), 15 mins later… 30 mins later several bags were brought out and put on a table, thankfully mine was one of them (1h 10m from order time), got home and missing the appetizer (got 2 of 3 items). Lobby was packed with people waiting on food. At one point there were 8 'to-go ' bags on a table... View all feedback.
Not great. Edible, but definitely better out there. Avoid.
Great ramen, the eggplant specialty dish is absolutely delicious! Also very good summer rolls.

My favorite restaurant in Ithaca (they are only doing take out).
They don’t really care about the customer service. Very rude staff. Food is great but I’m not paying 20bucks for this
