We came for dinner here on Sunday evening 7/05/20 6pm. This was our back up plan b/c our first stop was too crowded and had an hour wait time. We were happy that it played out this way. We had been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile but hadn't been in Lake George/Bolton Landing in a few years. Only ok. Hostess was a tad surly and service marginal. Food was meh. The sauerbraten was not great. Plain dry roast beef drowned in the sauce…and not at all marinated in it. Roast pork was dry and potato pancakes were half mashed potatoes and mushy. No sour cream offered with potato pancakes. The pumpernickel bread, however, was good. View all feedback.
