I am the sole customer standing on the opposite side of the counter and THREE of the brats there could not even greet or ask me what help I needed despite acknowledging that I was standing there. There was a girl with brown skin and dark curly hair tied up who looked me in the eyes, and after I made eye contact she walks to the end of the counter to look like she’s “busy” because she doesn’t want to take my order. We recently ordered lunch for my birthday and had a dramatic encounter with their manager/delivery driver who required 81 cents for an extra dressing when he called to tell us they were out of our usual dressing, but was unable to charge it to the same card used to order.
