I ordered two pizzas and a salad for delivery. The gentleman on the phone told me it would take about an hour to deliver. No big deal. 2 hours passed and still no pizza. I called and they informed me they had a big order before hand. We received our pizza after 2 hours. I was unaware that the pizzeria was only 5 minutes away from where I was staying, I would have picked it up myself. I was also unaware that they charged 8 dollars for a delivery fee. Also got a chicken wrap which the person who answered the phone gave the wrong information as to what was in it so my son was very disappointed when he got it. The food was pretty good. Garlic knots are huge the chicken Parmesan serving was okay

They also over charge you. Prices on website and ordering app are lower. They tried to say they increased prices recently but no one knew what to charge. Took 3 people to confirm a price for a pie with 3 toppings. Plus took 45 minutes versus 25 minutes I was told. Bad experience all around.
