Martoni is a gentleman. He’s very welcoming and treated us like old guests. When you walk in you already feel like you’re in Italy. The atmosphere and the authenticity is on point. Panini’s were superb and not dripping with grease. The canoli’s were probably the best in NY, they felt like a hidden gem. View all feedback.

I know I am going to be criticized by referring to a small gelato/sandwich place as European like. But I don't care. We Americans assume that every restaurant has to be big, with and extensive three-fold menu and ten big screen TV's in every viewing corner. The best sandwiches friendliest service — all fresh gourmet ingredients, also a cute little market you can shop imported Italian goods! I got the diavolo sandwich and it did not disappoint the Calabrian hot pepper spread is top notch if you haven’t been here GO!!
Great little Italian cafe. Great sandwiches for lunch. Looking forward to going back again.
Carmine sandwich was the bestest!! I would go again and again. Bestest sandwich I ever had. Nice ambiance and good Customer service and Nino the owner was very good and gave me options to choose.

Excellent service in a cozy atmosphere. You must try the paninis and Italian ices!
