I placed a grub hub order and just because I didn’t leave a tip on the app they canceled my order. Tips are not mandatory, tips are optional if I am happy with my service. Will not be ordering from here again. View all feedback. What Jim D likes about Lotus:
My wife Kathleen I have been regular customers for years at Lotus. We had a 6:30 PM Reservation on New Years Eve and the hostess placed us at a table in the furthest SW corner away from most serving activity. That was a first for being regulars we usually are assigned a booth (two of which were opened). It was very busy with just two waiters on staff.
