Was Jim D at Lotus a mag?
My wife Kathleen and I have been loyal customers at Lotus for many years. On New Year’s Eve, we had a reservation for 6:30 PM, but to our surprise, the hostess seated us in the farthest southwest corner of the restaurant, away from most of the service activity. I placed a grub hub order and just because I didn’t leave a tip on the app they canceled my order. Tips are not mandatory, tips are optional if I am happy with my service. Will not be ordering from here again. View all feedback.
