What Adrian Rus dislikes about Eatarry:
Screw this place.. mediocre food. Lack luster service and an automatic 20% service charge fee for a party of 3 plus 3.5% fee for credit/debit cards. When I questioned the owner about the service fee. His response was “theirs an international college up the street and the students never leave a tip so we implemented a 20% fee on everyone’s bill, not just yours” as if tipping is a mandatory practice…Huh?? The eggs Benedict and the crèma tea were very good! Parking is a little tricky on Sundays though.
Best breakfast for miles. Sit outside at a sidewalk table on a sunny day and enjoy the Tarrytown Main Street. Creative breakfasts include my favorite, a savory steel-cut oatmeal with poached egg and pesto (fabulous). Not your typical diner breakfast! It can get busy on the weekends especially but the expert wait staff keeps up. This is the breakfast Tarrytown has needed for some time. So good!
Nice Saturday morning brunch. Was really good. Usually I get the polenta which is really good, but today I went with the 3 egg omelet. It was delicious. Super friendly and helpful staff. They know me by name. Considering how many people come through here every week, it's a nice touch. They have outdoor eating during the warmer months making brunch really enjoyable.

Not one student was in there. Mostly families and an older crowd with children. Never again w … – show
