I placed my order for a hot drink at the cashier; I received a cold drink, and I made it clear because I saw him pick up a plastic cup. He gave me a cold drink in a paper cup! TERRIBLE!!!! Although they are open 24 hours, if... read more This might be the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The place is a complete mess, and the customer service is lacking. Although they are open 24 hours, if you go after 10:00 PM, there are rarely any donuts available. They do have donuts in the back, but the employees can't put them out on display because they are waiting for a Mashgiach to do it. This situation is really confusing. Honestly, the Mashgiach should also take the time to clean up this place because it's in such disarray.
