There was no clear direction on where to... read more It might have been the storm or a late-night drive to satisfy my sweet tooth, but the service was quite disappointing. There was no clear direction on where to order ice cream, and it felt like the man serving was dodging his responsibilities at the counter. After waiting for 30 minutes, and being the only customer there, another staff member finally stepped in to assist me. Unfortunately, the selection was also very limited. However, the items I ordered were delicious, and I enjoyed them at home. I would consider returning, but improvements in service are definitely needed.

The employee on the Baskin-Robbins side seemed very frustrated while making three shakes for the previous customer and was complaining to a coworker. When it was finally my turn, he told me that he couldn't make my milkshake because the ice cream was too hard. I decided to leave.

There are probably 3 or 4 closer to us, but it's worth the trip to get exactly what you want.
