I usually order through the app and pick up in store because they are always busy. They have messed my order up a few times, that’s the reason for taking off a star. However Chic-fil-A “the company” always compensates me for the mistake’s inconvenience. So now I always check my order before I leave. They way I catch the mistakes ahead of time. I recommend you do the same.
