The pizza crust has a warm Italian bread flavor. Warm and soft on the inside surrounded by a crispy crust. The overall wait staff was engaging with their guest. Giving “high fives” to their junior patrons. Very family friendly. Frank, my server, was very attentive. The chicken Parmesan came on a plate swimming in spaghetti sauce water. The chicken was a huge piece of rubber, clearly the entire plate had been microwaved. The grilled chicken for the bruschetta was also microwaved, it was floppy. The baked clam appetizer was equally gross, the clams had been opened but not cleaned, they were filled with sand and debris. They were also only partly cooked, making them questionable to eat. We had the large... read more A East Meadows institution since the 1950’s for so many reasons. Many visit Borrelli’s for their well known pizza and for me was no exception. We had the large margarita pie baked to perfection with ample sauce and fresh mozzarella. Overall fair pricing and very friendly atmosphere great for family and or get together. There's a reason why this place has been here since the 50's! You can't go wrong at Borrelli's!
