They had a delayed opening today because they were painting inside and moved all the tables outside. We got there before they opened and they immediately got an outside table for us and gave us menus. The wonton watercress soup was delicious. The wontons are very thin and not doughy like at a typical restaurant. The chow fun noodles were perfect with a really nice background flavor. The beef with it was extremely tender and tasty.
