Watch out when buying fountain drinks. The girl also told the customer in front of me that their small cup was a medium and it was a SMALL.

There’s hardly any hot food available, and the coffee is not fresh. I love 7-Eleven, but this particular store is really disappointing.

I have a concern regarding one of your employees who kept asking me for money. I used to work with her at another store, and after I agreed to lend her some cash, she promised to pay me back. However, when the time came for her to return the money, she quit and started working at this 7/11 instead. I came in to inquire about when she would be back, but none of the staff could provide me with an answer. I’m not looking for a free soda or a bag of Doritos; I just want the money she owes me. Please let me know when she will be in.
