I myself and 7 members of my larger family, age between 27 and 64, went to this restaurant for a late lunch. eating was an excellent standard and the service was very good. I would recommend this restaurant. I'll say one thing... though a little beer is really a little beer! 8 adult 3 bottle wine 4 beer 2 koks 4 piece water 6 coffee €150- good value
We waited for the place next door, but decided on o cangrexal and turned out to be a great decision! we ordered the tapas: paprika, Hell’s chorizo, kabeljau fritters, patatas bravas, and the traditional black in garlic and paprika (zorza). everything was excellent, the...Chorizo was the best we had, and the zorza was made with high quality pork. the ferrero Roche mousse for dessert and cappuccino the way the owner does it, which were just as delicious. the service was also very attentive and everything was served piping hot. Even the inner is very beautiful, we would not have noticed sitting inside. we had dinner at a beautiful sunset, a highlight of our trip. would really recommend stopping here!
When I went to the camino portugues, my man and I found this hidden gem with a view of the harbour of a guarda in Spain. led by a mother and a son, it was obvious that they have a passion for eating, service and their facility. they helped us with our menu. select, even an English menu and a picture board of seafood. this restaurant offers more than just tapas and seafood. when it was a cool evening, I asked if there was any suppe available, and we were served the best pumpkin soup I've ever eaten. rich, creamy and with deep-fried crumbles it was great. for the main course my man enjoyed heavy fish with boiled kartoffels and salat, while I fritted kalamare with chips and salat, all washed with a delicious Spanish red wine. too full for dessert, we finished with coffee and expected that the bill over €50. we were pleasantly surprised to find this satisfying meal costs us only 39 €. Many thanks for a beautiful evening and we recommend a visit if they are in the opposite.
In a guarda there are many fish and seafood restaurants; it is an important fishing port, so it is not a surprise. we have chosen this restaurant because we like to crawl, it is named after the carcinogenic enough that there are no crabs on the menu. the place was clean and the kamarera was friendly. we shared the seafood cellar and a bottle of wine. eating was very good and from a similar price to the other restaurants nearby. a pleasant atmosphere in a pleasant city. worth a visit.
That is one of the best restaurants in guarda. If you want to change one of the specials, simply ask them. I love scallops, but without the red muscles on, so I asked if they could remove this part, no problem on their lust is the answer. the prices are very reasonable my complete meal with drinks came to 22€, service is excellent, friendly and efficient. the outside terrace is now enclosed, but there is still a separate terrace over the walkway with full service.
