Tokyo Hibachi Cafe - a Forest

Is this place ever open? I love the food here, but the last 3 times I’ve tried to place an order over the last 2-3 months, the phone doesn’t ring and the online ordering is turned off. To whoever owns this place, you’re losing business. Get it

My favorite hibachi place in Burlington. The inside is pretty spacious and open. Food is well seasoned and big portions are given. Price is unbeatable, feeding a family of 3 with entree, drink and egg rolls less than $40. Service is excellent and delivered with soulful music playing in the background. Definitely one of my regular spots.

Food is great but the website is always down for online ordering and you cannot call to place a to go order. The phone line states this voicemail box has not been set up goodbye. I want to support this local business but they need to consider the fact that a lot of customers want to call ahead and order or place an order online especially for to go orders. This has been a factor in why we chose not to go there tonight.

Definitely love the value for the money in this establishment. Unfortunately they don't offer delivery anymore or the site isn't operating properly. Either way, hopefully they will have that offering again soon.
