Staff is nice and the view on the bay is amazing; starting in the late afternoon you can watch the boats with little lanterns on their side from inside the cafe... read more Staff is nice and the view on the bay is amazing; starting in the late afternoon you can watch the boats with little lanterns on their side from inside the cafe or on the terrasse ! Later on you can take beautiful pictures of the sunset on the Tokyo skyline.
