The location is spectacular, but we were asked to add ou... read more Maybe we caught them on an off day, but I can't understand why this restaurant has 4.3 stars on Google. The location is spectacular, but we were asked to add our name to a sheet and wait 1 hour. After returning on time, we were told to wait 10 20mins, which turned into 30. I understand wait times are hard to predict, but people further down the sheet with the same party size had been ticked off as seated. If the food had lived up to the reviews, this wouldn't have been a major issue but the carbonara sauce was effectively melted cheese (as in the pic) and the pizza's toppings slid off the slice when picked up The food we had was far from authentic Italian and I really can't understand the good reviews it's not like it's cheap: this was one of the most expensive meals we had in 3 weeks in Japan....
