Pool Twinpalms Phuket Resort

Beautiful hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good but. Good location if you prefer a slightly quieter area, there’s a strip with some restaurants/convenience stores just behind the hotel which are useful. Surin beach is a 3 min walk, and a very beautiful beach. Don’t bother going to the beach clubs the hotel offer the discount on. We went to catch beach club on our first day and it’s 7 times the price for a sunbed vs the sunbeds on any of the beaches. Catch was a bit tired and in need of renovation. A bit of a naff tourist trap. It cost us £1,500baht and that was with 50% discount. Go to any of the beaches but just pay the locals 100baht for a sunbed instead of the beach clubs, waste of money. The restaurant food was tasty but wasn’t very hot and portions seemed small for the price. Overall though it’s a stunning hotel and I recommend it.

We spent a week before our wedding at Twinpalm in the loft room. So spacious , clean and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was variety and we enjoyed it so much. To top that we had our personal butler Bank . she was amazing and very helpful. Our group of family and friends over 40 people had the best experience and time there. Feel so special to be in the resort. Would go back again for the future.

It was a Fantastic holiday in a beach resort on Kamala beach. The location is wow. The service staff at the reception are Superb but the restaurant staff are not service oriented. We had breakfasts and a lunch there. The breakfast spread can be elevated ten times atleast. The staff can be better trained to serve people. They are like Take it or leave it attitude. Front office and housekeeping is excellent . Location great

Hotel environment, services are good. Five minutes to the beach. Perfect place to get away from all the stresses in your daily life. Rooms are so nice especially with the lagoon right in front! Service went above and beyond expectations and a great location local to the beach and serveral shops/markets. Made me miss visiting Thailand
